Contact form: your name, email address and the content of your message.

Emails and calls: if you contact me directly, I keep the details you provide.

Technical data: like most websites, our host may log basic data such as your IP address and browser type for security and to keep the site running.

Why I use it and my legal basis.

I use your details to reply to your enquiry and arrange an initial conversation. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and my legitimate interest in running a professional practice. Technical logs are used on the basis of legitimate interests in site security.

What I don't do.

I do not sell your data, use it for marketing without your consent, or share it with anyone except the service providers needed to run my website and email.

Please be careful what you send. Contact forms and standard email are not fully secure. Please keep your first message brief and leave the detail for when we speak.

Who I share it with.

My website host, form or email provider [Hostinger], and any other processors I use. They process data only on my instructions. If any are outside the UK, appropriate safeguards are in place.

How long I keep it. If you do not become a client, I delete enquiry messages after 6 months] If we begin working together, your information becomes part of your client record, which is covered by my separate Client Privacy Notice, given to you before we start. Clinical records are kept in line with BACP guidance and my professional insurance requirements.
